Life skills training space for neurodivergent minds (with or without a formal diagnosis). We use ACT and DBT strategies to manage executive functions, emotional regulation, and burnout. We work on adapting your environment, reducing masking, and self-defense, creating a personalized “user manual” for your brain.

Join our group productivity sessions. If you find it difficult to start tasks or stay focused, we work simultaneously (cameras on optional, microphones off) to generate an external anchor for attention. Ideal for completing administrative, work, or domestic tasks in a non-judgmental environment.
